1 | near completion On Broadway

Our condo on Broadway is down to the wire with our checklist getting smaller and smaller. We are eager to see it complete! The ceilings are very smooth with mud-in recessed can lights that replaced oversized cans. Brazilian cherry hardwood floors had a glossy finish sanded off and received a gorgeous matte Loba finish. The kitchen and pantry cabinets were installed, countertops were templated and will install soon along with plumbing and appliances. The thirty-six foot hall is getting full height oak paneling with a beautiful built in shelf and two wooden and reeded glass doors with sidelights flank the end of the hall. We designed a thirty-five foot long custom rug that is broken into three rugs that will be linked together with custom metal links. A pretty grass cloth wallpaper installs next week. Artwork is being framed, oak counter stools are getting COM fabric.
