Kristyn is passionate about design. For 18 years, Kristyn has designed a vast range of projects from award-winning residences, renovation and new construction, large scale multi-family developments, hospitality, corporate offices and professional sports venues. She received her degree in Architectural Studies with emphasis in Interior Design at the University of Missouri in 2005. Kristyn has designed and furnished homes with a great level of detail, and loves the long term client relationship. She enjoys collaborating with architects and contractors, and looks forward to the next 18 years of designing beautiful and lasting interiors.

JILL HRABE BUSINESS MANAGER
Efficiency and execution are Jill’s specialty. In 2004 Jill got a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kansas. Four years later she received an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Jill spent twelve years at American Century in human resources, and was most recently a project manager at a design firm where she saw many projects through construction.
One of her favorite pastimes is hiking in the Rockies with her husband and four kids. This year she got a new road bike and is planning a triathalon. Jill is a taskmaster extraordinaire; the yen to Kristyn’s yang.

Capabilities
Kristyn is proficient in 3D modeling in Sketch Up, with renderings in Enscape. Studying your project in 3D is an easy way to discuss the design intent and receive your feedback. It is a great tool for the entire team (client, designer, architect, contractor) to work through details and make sure the aesthetic and function are well planned, making it easier to execute. She uses Revit to create drawings from schematic layouts to a set of construction drawings for design intent. Whether doing a project solo, or with a team, these tools streamline execution of the project.
