Big Ideas,
Real Impact.

Demolition and design were underway at the same time on our Panorama Project, as we knew every existing wall in this condo had to go. The existing layout was choppy with no real impact. With this in mind finalizing the preliminary plan with architect, Clint Evans of NSPJ, was full speed ahead. We went back and forth and got a layout that had good energy and was client approval. From this point on Design Spout carried out the design and details. Ribbons of clearstory windows and a nineteen foot long fireplace were some of the big ideas on this project that made a beautiful impact in the home.

Work With Us

Spanning just over nineteen feet, this soft stone fireplace anchors the condo. With ventless fireplaces becoming obsolete (and unsafe!) we installed an 84” biofuel fireplace. It is clean burning and easy enough for homeowners to refill. We designed an ebony double drum oak coffee table that sits above a custom hand-knotted wool rug.

As demo unfolded the contractor came back to me saying we had to keep a major column, which birthed this art column dividing the dining and living room. I pulled the same width of wall out from the east to align and make a connection to the art column. We designed this hand knotted wool rug to have ends with two different widths of baby blue silk in between the gorgeous deep blue wool.
